User License Agreement

By purchasing from *ZK* Designs are you purchasing a license which grants certain rights to use the full perm textures (henceforth referred to as components) contained within a package, and you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. *ZK* Designs components are strictly for content creation in the virtual world of Second Life.


2. *ZK* Designs components may not be resold, given away, or otherwise distributed as components.


3. Finished goods made with components from *ZK* Designs may be sold with transfer OR copy permissions. They may NOT be sold or otherwise distributed with transfer AND copy permissions.

*ZK* Designs baked textures made for use with .:UR:. mesh kits, are made under a special, limited license from .:UR;.. The baked textures remain copyright Zorina Koray, and all the terms and conditions outlined above apply.

*ZK* Designs baked textures made for use with Clutter for Builders mesh kits, are made under a special, limited license from Clutter for Builders/Kat Alderson. The baked textures remain copyright Zorina Koray, and all the terms and conditions outlined above apply.
